• Issue you with receipts and/or invoices and the final test result certificate

• Visit your property (if required and pre-approved) to collect sample; and

If you do not provide us with all of the personal information that we need to collect eg for carrying out our sample testing, then this may affect our ability to provide you with complete results.

• promote our services by sending our customer communications in relation to other services that we may provide in the future;
